The Briefing
One page that tells you what needs you today, written on your phone from your own mail.
The Briefing opens with a short overview, then lists what matters in clear sections: what to do first, what needs your attention, what you have been asked, what you promised, what you are waiting for, money, trips and what is coming up. Each item is quoted from the message it came from, with one tap to open it.
It also tells you what changed since you last looked, and every item carries the action it needs: Reply, Send it now, Nudge, Add to calendar, or Done. A daily notification can bring the headline to you.
Promises, requests, bills and trips
Mailie Pro finds the loose ends in your mail and keeps them in one place.
What you promised to send, what someone asked of you by a date, the replies you are still waiting for, your subscriptions and bills, and your upcoming bookings are gathered in the Briefing, each quoted from your mail.
If you wish, the app turns them into up to three reminders a day. You can hide any item, or tell the app to forget what it has learned.
Ask your inbox
Ask a question in plain words and get an answer from your own mail, with the source.
Ask things like "When is the dentist appointment?" or "How much was the last invoice from the landlord?". The answer comes from the messages it found, each line linked to its source so you can check it.
When your mail does not hold the answer, the app says so rather than guessing.
Summaries in the list
Tap once to read a short summary of a message without opening it.
A summary appears right in your inbox, in the language of the email. It keeps the facts that matter, such as dates, amounts and names, and never adds facts that are not in the message.
Smart categories
Your inbox sorts itself into categories you can filter with one tap.
Messages are sorted on your phone into categories such as action needed, meetings, finance, orders, security, social, personal, updates and newsletters. Correct one and the app remembers, for that message and for that sender.
Replies that fit
Suggested and quick replies that answer what the email actually asks.
When a message asks you something, quick replies offer a clear yes, no or question, worded in the language of the email. Suggested replies follow your own greeting, sign-off and usual length.
The app learns which quick reply you tend to choose for each sender and offers it first. Every reply is a draft you can edit before sending.
Help with writing
Draft an email from a short request, or improve what you have written.
Write a line such as "tell Sam the meeting moves to Friday" and get a complete draft. Rewrite your own text to be shorter, more formal, warmer or simply correct, with your facts kept unchanged.
Even before the AI model has finished downloading, the app can build a simple draft from your request, clearly labelled so you know how it was made.
Translation on your phone
Read messages in your language, translated on the device.
Translate a message with one tap. The translation runs on your phone; only a generic language pack is downloaded the first time you use a language, never the text of your mail.
Search by meaning
Find mail by what it is about, not only by the exact words in it. Free.
Search understands meaning across languages, so "flight change" also finds "your booking has been rebooked". From any message, Find similar shows related mail across every folder and account.
Search and Find similar are part of the free version and stay free.
AI that stays on your phone
Every AI feature runs on your device, and works on phones of many kinds.
Mailie Pro uses small AI models that run on your phone: Google Gemini Nano where your phone supports it, or the app's own models delivered through Google Play. Your mail is never sent to an AI service.
If a model is not available yet, every feature still gives you a useful result built directly from the email, labelled as a quick result. The app adapts to your phone's processor and memory, and heavier work waits until the phone is charging.
