Private by design

Mailie Pro is built so that your mail has nowhere to go except your own mail provider. This page explains how, in plain words. The Privacy Policy gives every detail.

On your phone

  • Messages, attachments, contacts and the Briefing are stored in an encrypted database on your phone.
  • Passwords and sign-in tokens are sealed by your phone's hardware-backed Android Keystore.
  • Nothing is copied to cloud backups. Deleting an account or the app erases its data.

AI without a cloud

  • Every AI feature runs on your phone, using the app's own models or Google's on-device Gemini Nano.
  • Your mail is never sent to an AI service, and never used to train a model.
  • What the app learns from your choices stays on your phone, and you can tell it to forget.

Nothing about you, to us

  • There is no account with us and no Mailie Pro server for your mail.
  • No analytics, no advertising and no third-party crash reporting.
  • Problem reports stay on your phone unless you choose to share one.

Nothing about you, to senders

  • Remote images and tracking pixels are blocked until you choose to load them.
  • Read receipts are never sent on their own.
  • Links open in your browser only when you tap them.

mailie.pro uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam, and your message reaches us by email.
